March was a busy month for the MySwimPro team! We’re thrilled to share the exciting changes we have been working on in the last few weeks.

Before we dive in, we want to note that we’re committed to serving the global swimming community during this challenging time. 95% of swimmers can’t swim right now, and we have worked hard to provide alternative solutions to keep swimmers fit and healthy!

Check out what we’ve been up to:

Live Dryland Bootcamps & Weekly Challenges

Dryland workout for swimmers

Every Sunday, we’ve hosted live dryland bootcamps for swimmers on our social media channels, guiding thousands of participants through a 30-minute dryland workout designed to improve swimming performance.

Grab your family and join us this Sunday, April 5 at 10am EST for another workout!

We host weekly dryland challenges in our Facebook community to inspire swimmers to try new exercises and stay engaged.

Dryland Training Plans

Dryland training plans

To help swimmers stay on track while their pools are closed, we’re proud to announce the launch of dryland training plans in the MySwimPro app! We added more than 75 new technique videos and reworked the app’s functionality to support these new workouts.

Swimmers can choose from 3 new plans designed to improve strength, flexibility and performance. Our community welcomed this initiative with great enthusiasm!

Swimmers of all ages and skill levels can complete the workouts at home with no equipment. You can find these training plans in the Coach tab of the MySwimPro app on your iPhone or Android or Apple Watch!

Audio and Video Experience

With the launch of dryland training plans comes a new, audio and video workout experience to help swimmers get the most out of their workouts. Soon, dryland training will sync with Apple TV, so swimmers can follow their workouts on the big screen!

We’re excited to continue improving this experience in the coming weeks.

Featured in the Apple App Store

Our updates caught Apple’s eye, too. MySwimPro was featured on the homepage of the App Store!
