This Turkey Day workout incorporates dryland training and each part of the set is labeled after a dish or part of the turkey in the Thanksgiving Day meal. Each set within the Main Set is themed after a different part of the turkey. Below is a sample dryland routine:
Main Course: Turkey 🦃
- 1 x 200 Pull + 10 Pushups (Turkey Breast)
- 4 x 50s IM Order + 10 Squats (Turkey Thigh)
- 1 x 100 Stroke + 10 Jumping Jacks (Turkey Wing)
- 2 x 50s Freestyle + 10 Sit-Ups (Turkey Stuffing)
