Happy Thanksgiving!
Thanksgiving is a public holiday celebrated on the fourth Thursday in November. It originated as a harvest festival. In modern culture, it’s an opportunity to connect with family, give thanks and swim. Swim a lot 🙂

This Turkey Day workout is themed after one of the most celebrated parts of the holiday: Eating! Each set-group is themed after a different part of the Thanksgiving Day meal. Every set will test your abilities and build a great appetite. It’s important to hit every training zone before a big Turkey Day meal.
