Rob became the President and CEO of Swim Across America on January 1, 2016. Before leading SAA, Rob was the Executive Director of U.S. Masters Swimming and swam four years for Georgia Southern University, earning both his undergraduate and Masters degrees from GSU. He competed in the 2000 USA Olympic Trials and he is an industry leader widely respected in the swimming and business community.

Swim Across America hosts benefit swims that raise money to fund life saving cancer research and clinical trials. Since 1987, SAA has raised over $75 million through experiential open water swimming fundraising events and over 100 pool swim fundraisers.
