Share Workouts on Strava
Strava is the social network for athletes. When you connect your MySwimPro account to Strava, you can post a recap of every swim or dryland workout to your Strava profile.
Note that your total swimming time and pace may differ from Strava to MySwimPro. This is due to the way Strava tracks your workouts: They only look at moving time, while MySwimPro factors in the entire duration of your workout, including rest periods.

Track Your Stats in Strava
See the data behind every swim or dryland workout in Strava. Track your heart rate and get an in-depth analysis of your pace for each set.
For open water swimmers, you can now see a GPS map of your swim too!

“I typically swim 2,000-3,000 yards 4x a week and cycle 5x a week. I am getting ready for some cycling races, so I’m using this time to swim and build muscle in my legs without risking injury. Being in the water feels so good.
The MySwimPro workouts are perfect, and the integration to Strava is seamless. I used to have to export and upload data files, but now all my data is synced automatically so I can track my training plan details, pace data, heart rate data and more.”
– Iain Sainsbury, competitive cyclist and masters swimmer from Cambridge, United Kingdom.
Cross-Train With Strava
When you incorporate running and cycling into your training schedule, you’ll see huge improvements in the water. Strava allows you to log running and cycling workouts, plus a variety of other activities.
“I work out 6 days a week, cycle 4x week, and swim and run once a week. Mixing in some swimming is the perfect way to build new muscles and still work on your endurance for marathon training.
After I complete a MySwimPro workout on my Apple Watch, I love seeing it in my Strava feed next to my running and cycling activities. I can now see everything at once and make training decisions off of the simplified data.”
– Erin Cameron, former collegiate swimmer and marathon runner from Mountain View, California.
We also invite you to join the MySwimPro Club on Strava to share your workout achievements and stay motivated with kudos from our global swimming community.

How much does it cost?
Hi Arthur! You can see our pricing packages at http://www.myswimpro.com/elite. Our 25% off sale ends tonight! 🙂
How do we view the map after an open water swim (using an Apple Watch)? I can see it on the Apple workout app but not on MSP.
Dylan – After your open water swim, open the MySwimPro app on your phone and view your latest workout in your personal feed. After you tap into you, you can swipe right to see different map views and analytics graphs. If you have any further issues, please email us at support@myswimpro.com.
Thanks!
Paige
Hi All,
The dryland workouts are awesome, especially the videos. Nicely done!
Is there a way to sync those workouts with Strava, or is the integration currently only for swims? I see you can manually ‘share’ them with Strava, but the workout detail doesn’t carry over.
Either way, thanks for the great content!
Hi Rich,
You’re correct – at this point, we don’t synch dryland workouts with Strava. Thank you for this suggestion! Glad you’re enjoying the dryland workouts.
After doing an open water swim with the Apple Watch series 5, can you upload the Swim (INCLUDING GPS location/route) to Strava? Thanks.
Yes! You can link MySwimPro to Strava in your MySwimPro profile settings.
Hello! I love the Strava and my swim pro integration! My Strava and MySwim pro usually sync from my Apple Watch but my last swim, I used an uploaded workout on my watch, completed it, and it saved to my swim pro but not Strava. Any tips on how to export it from my swim pro? Or why it didn’t automatically sync? The auto sync is in so I’m not sure why it didn’t work…
Hi Natalie, thanks for reaching out about this! Can you use the Contact Us form in the app to reach out to our support team? This way we’ll be able to view your workout data to determine why the Strava sync isn’t working.

When my swim pro sends the workout data to Strava, why is the moving time reduced when I have my interval rest time set at zero? It results in a lower avg/100yds than the real data.
Hi Erich,
Can you please reach out to support@myswimpro.com and share a few screen shots of what you are seeing. We will help you out!
Can I export older swims to strava?
Hi Hans! This feature is in our pipeline for the future! Our Customer Support team can help you out in the meantime. Please email support@myswimpro.com and we can help you with the process!
