Beginner 12 Days of Christmas Workout

This swim workout is almost 2,000 meters and incorporates the 12 Days of Christmas workout theme building up to 12 x 25s starting from just one 25 freestyle!


Workout Statistics:

  • Distance: 1,950m
  • Duration: 60 Minutes
  • Theme: 25s Galore

Intermediate 12 Days of Christmas Workout

This swim workout is 3,000 meters and incorporates the 12 Days of Christmas workout theme with varied distances and intensity. You’ll be challenged with 25s, 50s, and 100s of different stroke styles including Individual Medley training.

Workout Statistics:

  • Distance: 3,000m
  • Duration: 80 Minutes
  • Theme: 50s Mixer

Advanced 12 Days of Christmas Workout

This swim workout is over 5,000 meters and incorporates the 12 Days of Christmas workout theme with varied distances and intensity. The main set of 10 x 100s at aerobic threshold tests your endurance while also building stamina.

Workout Statistics:

  • Distance: 5,350m
  • Duration: 100 Minutes
  • Theme: Aerobic Challenge
