August is here, and with it comes 2 new challenges in the MySwimPro app! Starting August 1, compete against swimmers from all over the world in brand new swim and strength challenges.
To complete the August Swim Challenge, log 6 swim workouts in the MySwimPro app by August 31.
If dryland training is more your speed, join the August Strength Challenge and log at least 6 dryland workouts in the app by the end of the month!
Here’s how to participate:
- Download the free MySwimPro app on iPhone or Android. Sign up for a 30-day trial of ELITE COACH to access all of our swim workouts, training plans and resources!
- Tap on the Feed tab. View the August Swim Challenge or the August Strength Challenge (or both!) and tap Join.
- To participate in the August Strength Challenge leaderboard, log 6 dryland workouts between August 1-31. To participate in the August Swim Challenge leaderboard, log 6 swims between August 1-31.
