Improve Endurance III Training Plan Overview
- Workouts: 24 Swim Workouts, 16 Dryland Workouts
- Average Workout: 2,800 yards/meters
- Goal: Improve technique, aerobic capacity and endurance
Who’s it for? You already swim a few times per week and are ready to take the next step to improve your efficiency and endurance. At the end of this Plan, you’ll complete a 4k Workout!
How does it work? This Plan mixes in technique and IM work to help you build well-rounded endurance. Every other week, you’ll challenge yourself with a test Set. Complete optional Dryland Workouts after your Swims or on days you don’t go to the pool.
