Improve Endurance IV Training Plan Overview
- Workouts: 24
- Average Workout: 4,500 yards/meters
- Goal: Take your technique, aerobic capacity and endurance to the next level.
Who’s it for? You’re an experienced swimmer who trains three or more times per week. These Workouts will test your endurance in freestyle and IM training.
How does it work? Each week builds on the week prior, with 3 longer test Sets mixed in to challenge your endurance. The final four Workouts in this Plan are designed for recovery.
