The Advanced Freestyle Technique Bootcamp from MySwimPro is designed to help you work on your stroke mechanics and put you through a solid Workout in the process. At the end of this Plan you’ll notice a stronger connection with the water and improved stroke efficiency.

Advanced Technique Bootcamp Overview

  • Workouts: 16 Swim Workouts, 12 optional Dryland Workouts
  • Average Workout: 3,000 meters = 60 minutes
  • Goal: Improve freestyle mechanics

Who’s it for? This Plan is designed for a swimmer who regularly swims 2-3k+ Workouts and would like to improve their freestyle technique while still getting an aerobically challenging Workout.

How does it work? This Plan is rich with drills to help you refine your freestyle technique without sacrificing aerobic conditioning. Make sure to watch the Technique Videos to learn how to do each drill! Keep your equipment handy…some drills will require it. Complete the optional Dryland Workouts after your Swims or on days you don’t go to the pool.
