In the 5 years since, we’ve helped swimmers of all ages, skill levels and backgrounds achieve their gold medal moments through personalized training plans, educational content and a global social media community. Apple Watch App of the Year
Each year, Apple highlights the most innovative apps in the App Store, and has recognized MySwimPro on numerous occasions. In 2016 we were honored as Apple Watch App of the Year! The Apple Watch was fairly new, and this honor solidified MySwimPro’s position as a leader in swim training with a smartwatch.
In 2018 and 2019, we were featured as the App of the Day in the App Store, which highlights apps across all verticals, from fitness and games to news and meditation.
Equity Crowdfunding
In 2017 and 2019, we successfully completed 2 rounds of crowd equity fundraising. Over 200 investors in 36 countries invested to support the MySwimPro mission! We are so grateful to each of our investors. Every bit of your time, money, resources and feedback helps us make a difference!
World Swim Day
In 2018, we created and launched World Swim Day, an annual celebration of swimming that occurs on the fourth Saturday of October each year. We unlock the MySwimPro app for the weekend and encourage people to go for a swim, no matter their age, skill level or ability.
Together with our community’s support of World Swim Day, we have donated more than $5,000 to organizations that promote water safety, including the USA Swimming Foundation, Detroit Swims, National Drowning Prevention Alliance, and more.
World Swim Day 2020 is Saturday, October 24. We hope you’ll join us in celebrating swimming and raising money to support learn-to-swim programs!
ELITE COACH
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, our team pivoted and made some major upgrades to the MySwimPro app. We revamped the training experience and added dryland training so swimmers who were stuck at home could continue working toward their goals.
ELITE COACH allows members to complete a swimming and dryland training plan at the same time, and access quarterly 1-on-1 coaching calls with a MySwimPro coach for help picking a training plan, setting goals and staying accountable. Growing Community, Growing Team
Our global community is stronger than ever! With 1 million+ app downloads and an audience of more than 330,000 swimmers on social media, we are proud to help swimmers around the world train, improve their technique and connect with others.
Our ambassador team of more than 50 swimmers from across the globe allows us to spotlight swimmers of different backgrounds and spread the word about the app.
