Gold Medal Moments 🏅
“This year I set out to achieve a goal that I’ve been wanting to do for 4 years…swimming lessons. I had taken them as a kid but couldn’t figure out why I was still afraid of the water. This year I achieved that goal! I started taking swimming lessons every week. I’m so proud of myself and thankful for my instructors (all younger than me in college) and for apps like @myswimpro and my #applewatch that allow me to track my progress and host events like #worldswimday where I won the new @garmin Swim2. It’s been amazing!”
MySwimPro is the greatest thing that has ever happened to my fitness regime!

As a former Professional Surfer and Personal Trainer I can’t thank them enough for helping me pull off My first Triathlon @ age 60. My body was broken before I stared swimming w/ this awesome app! https://t.co/5sPsR1YPl6
