So excited I found your website. I’ve watched a bunch of your videos. I love the way you teach. I was needing to add variety to my fitness routine as well as dealing with some physical things. The video of one of your ambassadors is what truly encouraged me to start swimming. I set my plan for my first swim and then have been adding from there. I totally needed to hear your comments on adding the variety of strokes. It works for me. It’s been 2 weeks since I started swimming and I am so excited. As I swim I think about your words about, feel the water, listen, etc…. It keeps me focused. I needed to focus on my rotation and it’s all big kudos to you and your videos. Thank you!! Thank you for having a great style of teaching. You are chill and not obnoxious and it was just what I needed.
