    I am Yogesh from India, my sun swimming freestyle stroke.
    His timing for 50 m is 34 sec
    For 100 m is 1.15 sec
    For 200 m is 2.49 sec
    His daily workout is 3500 m.
    He wanted to improve time to compete national swimmer.

    Do you have any workout program for three months.
