With just a few weeks until the Olympic Games, things are heating up at MySwimPro! We’re hard at work building new features, releasing new training plans and creating tons of content to help swimmers around the globe keep up with the latest news and improve their performance in the water.

New Features

Our team has been working on lots of app updates recently, and our latest release is a good one: Each Swim training plan now includes Dryland workouts! When viewing a training plan, members see their Swim and Dryland workouts in one, pre-planned calendar organized by week. Dryland workouts are totally optional, and can be completed at home or in a gym with minimal equipment.

To check out this new feature, update the MySwimPro app to the latest version. View a training plan and use the toggle to turn Dryland workouts on and off.

New Training Plans

To build hype for the Olympics, we have released 2 new swim training plans: Podium Prep and Gold Medal!

The 4-week Podium Prep Training Plan is designed for intermediate or advanced swimmers who want to take on the Gold Medal plan or prepare for an upcoming competition. It includes 3 swim workouts and 2 dryland workouts per week.

The 1-week Gold Medal Training Plan follows the Olympic swimming schedule day by day, challenging athletes to swim every Olympic event in 8 days! Are you up for the challenge?

U.S. Olympic Trials

Fares headed to Omaha, Nebraska for Wave II of the United States Olympic Trials a few weeks ago, and the racing did not disappoint! We saw a lot of speedy swims, and were able to connect with thousands of MySwimPro community members both in person and online via our daily YouTube live streams and swimming trivia!

As always, we appreciate your support! Keep an eye out for more exciting updates during the Olympics!
